Returns Window

You may return unused items in their original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described:

• Custom or bespoke printed items
• Items that have been used or opened
• Items not in their original packaging

How to Return

Please contact us via the Contact Us page before returning any item. We will provide a returns reference and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 working days to the original payment method. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
